More Weight On Lol! very tempting aint it? my missus makes lovely tuna pasta bakes !!! do what i do to get some weight off mate-when she tires of me pestering her for some 'hows yer father' (and beats me off with a fly swatter') or-get your ass out walking if possible, i was suprised how many calories its burns i was a bit extreme with mine, i lost over 3 stone in 3 months through cutting back on booze and grub and flinging myself up some very steep hills in rossendale if i'm chatting crap please just ignore me !!!!!! __________________ ever seen a dog break dancing? ?
