We currently have a new and exciting position for a Communications Specialist to join our communications team in Peterborough. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of internal and external communications for the Commercial, Operations, TOPSOIL and LimeX business areas and support the Corporate Communications Manager.

This challenging role requires the development, creation, design and evaluation of relevant communications collateral and the preparation of presentations and scripts, and you will ensure that all British Sugar materials give a consistent message and uphold our brand and reputation.

With a creative and analytical approach to tasks, you will use your experience and established communications background to produce and maintain highly effective communication plans across a number of channels. With the ability to identify and manage issues, you will strive for continuous improvement though creative solutions. Coupled with your extensive communications experience you will have the ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and be able to communicate effectively at all levels with both internal and external parties.

Educated to degree level or equivalent in Communications or related discipline, the ideal candidate will be fully computer literate, particularly familiar with the Microsoft Suite and Lotus Notes.
